Cancellation Policy

Welcome to Erie Chrome Outfitters, where we offer licensed professional fishing guides for exploring Ohio's Lake Erie tributaries. Whether you join us for a float trip down the Grand River or wade fishing in Conneaut Creek, our goal is to provide an unforgettable experience tailored to your skill level.

Our experienced guides can save you years of potential frustration by teaching you everything from basic to advanced fishing techniques. We supply gear and flies, but please bring your own waders as they're not provided. If you prefer to use your gear, we'll recommend suitable flies and techniques based on the season.

While we don't provide lunch, our guides offer snacks and water during the trip. A waiver must be signed upon payment.

Full-day trips last approximately eight hours. Tipping guides is appreciated but not mandatory.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and payment details:

A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the balance due thirty days before the trip. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least thirty days before the trip; otherwise, no refunds are possible.

Cancellations outside the 30-day period incur a $25.00 service charge deducted from refunds. We aim to re-book canceled spots, but if we can't, full payment is expected.

In case of weather-related cancellations at the guide's discretion, we'll try to reschedule. If that's not possible, you're entitled to a full refund.

We're committed to honesty and professionalism and won't take you fishing if conditions aren't favorable. Please note, we're not liable for lost or damaged equipment during trips.
